Facilitated by Claire Cassidy, a licensed therapist with a background in school social work, this 90-minute workshop aims to help parents identify their core values and use them to guide everyday parenting decisions. She hopes to help parents develop an internal compass that guides them through the mundane and the monumental of parenting with more confidence and less stress.
