Facilitated by Crystal Woodward-Turner of Karasi Fitness and Healing Arts, this is a calming and restorative yoga. ALL levels welcome. Light refreshments will be served. Please bring your mat, water, a towel, and wear comfortable clothing. There will be limited mats available to use as well.
