Gung Fu and Opera both have something to offer victims of damaged neural pathways. Damage has occurred when someone gets Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, ALS, a stroke, or some other impact on the nervous system. Not any good at either Gung Fu or Opera, I am, nevertheless, a fan. Over the years it hit me that some of their training might be helpful to us when we are recovering functionality of a damaged nervous system.
