Stephen Siciliano, Ph.D.'s presentation, "Abraham Lincoln through the Eyes of Political Cartoonists", uses about a dozen caricatures taken from Rufus Rockwell Wilson's Lincoln in Caricature (1945). These are used as touch points in providing analysis of the strengths and challenges of Lincoln as a master political leader and war president. Some time is spent explaining the cartoons as they are often rich in their own history.
