Learn how to protect yourself and prevent a fall. Each one-hour session will build on topics such as fear falling, neurology of balance, creating a safe home and environment, and being one's own best health advocate. Each session presents different stretches and strength training! Sessions are held the first Tuesday of each month through October. Advance registration required, call 231-922-2080.
