I feel that it is important to include family members at the Board meetings. Those family members, who spend time in the rooms of the residents, and see first hand the positive and negative aspects of daily care, provide important information on how we can continually improve the quality of care given. Family members are not the enemy. We appreciate your effort on behalf of our loved ones. I love the caregivers. Hopefully we can work together in a positive approach to keep this facility growing in the best care possible.
